“A line is a dot that went for a walk,” wrote Paul Klee. For me, this is not a metaphor — it’s a principle. It became the foundation of my artistic thinking and the conceptual point of departure for Linenetics. The line is not form, not ornament, and not a supporting element of representation. The line is a gesture, a motion, an event. It is alive. Linenetics is not a style — it is a way of being with the line, a belief that in the smallest movement a whole world can be encoded.
